| I recruited a lvl. 70 (lastpegasus) and a lvl. 40 (w_alloy) today. ZPRS told me that they were his friends, and asked me to kick an inactive so they could join. I kind of blew up on him--it pissed me off quite a bit, especially after kicking Roblox. If he becomes inactive, then he shouldn't be surprised when he gets the same treatment...
I got a tip from one of our newer members that we should not promote w_alloy under any circumstances. He was begging me, lol...I guess that w_alloy was an officer at -HOT-. The main reason that -HOT- fell apart is because of bad officers doing stupid things, as far as I've heard...so I thought I'd mention it to everyone else. I was told that he was a "terrible tactician" and "stubborn beyond belief." So it's something to watch out for.
I wish I'd gotten the warning before accepting him into the faction. I guess we'll see how things work out.

| I'll only promote the people i see fit. But thanks for the warning. We are currently at 20% leadership and that should be high enough for now. I would like suggestions on who my officers think deserves promotion.

Of course, I didn't mean to imply that he would never make a good officer. For all we know the warning could have come from the misfit, who didn't like the great officer for reasons irrelevant to the game. But I thought it was good information to pass along to ones who ultimately make the decisions. Incidentally, kfsw pm'd me about 30 minutes after I'd accepted him into the faction, notifying me that he would like to be an officer within a month (lol). I told him to talk to you, of course, since it wasn't my decision to make. Who knows? He's a statistician by trade, and could become a very valuable asset to the faction. As it stands now, he doesn't want to surge until he's gotten all of the new cards...so it will be awhile. My recommendations for officer are still the same: ikkyu89, Falos, Sneaky Donkey, and zero. They've been with us the longest, have the most lp, are consistently active, and have good performance. Their communication is good as well. ***edit: I see now why ZPRS was acting the way he was--he's 15 lol (read it in the "introduce yourself" section).

| 0 meaning 836?
Promoting Donkey to officer is only to help to declare wars during Australasian times. On the other hand, from what he told me when he was an officer back in smokii's faction, he didn't really do much, so, it's really up to you guys.
I think I'd do a thumbs-up on Falos, ikkyu. fade's suggestions are good but I don't see Falos or 836 on often enough, think they enjoy just being there. Anyway, as for these guys, we could always ask them if they wanted to become officers.
Is this topic open for demotion of officers?

Lets discuss both promotion and demotion.

| Personally, I don't want to comment on demotions, because the only officer that has been in this faction less time than me has like 50% more lp (lol). I don't feel comfortable doing it, so I'll leave it to the people that have been here long enough to feel that they're on equal or better terms. For the most part, almost every person that is an officer now has helped me out in some way or another... | |

Is this topic open for demotion of officers? Yeah, I meant 0000083616. He's been on an absolute tear for the past couple of weeks, overtaking ikkyu89 for the most fp of any non-officer. If you don't see him on often enough, it's because he's on at different times. I think Kani's lp totals will reflect that. You would know Sneaky better than I would--I would say he's kind of more interested in tournaments, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing b/c members need advice on those as well. Falos doesn't participate much in conversation but his scores are killer--he's definitely a smart person, capable of devising effective strategies. And ikkyu--I've said much about him, he's well-rounded and consistent.

| Falos and Scott are pretty good at playing with decks, and it seems so is ksfw. ikkyu is as you said, 836 as well, he's pretty good at what he does. Sneaky's just out there to have fun and get cards and rewards, not bothered by whole faction thing. S'long as sneaky can get the cards and contribute and have friends, he's fine! Wish Falos and 836 would talk more, but I don't really *need* to see them much to know they pull their weight in faction wars. Falos is used to such CCG and Role-Playing Games, and I mean DnD type of games. I bet he'd be a great character to talk to as well. | |

| Yeah, Falos is a pretty smart dude--check in my nerdy little post in general>>all cards are not created equal section where he gave his analysis of something I'd posted--he brought up a good point that I hadn't considered, and that comes from experience. For his part, he's said he doesn't really get involved in chat that often...but when he does he's a regular guy. I'd love to have him doing some analysis on good surge decks, perhaps getting involved in the strategic side of things because he certainly has the mindset for it.
Scott is cool, although he's been having a rough time recently. He got incredibly frustrated at his deck and took a few days off...now he's back, and hopefully he's refreshed. He's also a warbonder (convinced me to get Orbo Legendary), so there's that to consider.
