big problem with surging

my surging ratio went down badly and i dont have time to evaluate proper deck. anyone can help? at the moment i am using:
1. draco - elemental, 4 ogre, niaq, plasma field, dredge, emp, rifter
2. lord of tartarus - 4 grim, asylum, 3 plasma, injection, beholder

both are heavily countered now, mostly by lucina strike, wall stalls.

need proposals, i have most of the cards needed.

I use the Ogre deck in the other thread and this one:

Atlas
1x Tiamat
1x Predator
1x Omega (Rox is better)
1x Ravenous Dredge
1x Fighter Jet
1x Stealthy Niaq
1x Dozer Tank
1x Mortar Bunker
2x Electromagnetic Pulse

At least one is good in a given battle.

2nd is the weakest i think but i love the evade party and reapers
