can we get ifs and juggernaut to allies?

Let's do a proper update of our allies and enemies to date (8 November 2011):

*Atlantis (To confirm with ninja if we are still allies with them since garrett has joined us)

* - denotes unconfirmed agreement on their current status OR they need to be reviewed. Some are also ad-hoc informal arrangements.
** - We owe Flawless a free defence war for hitting them by mistake. As the old leader (ralkkdillion) has left, we might want to renege our alliance with them. They have also fallen down to top 30s.

Beef from ifs says he wants alliance with us

Also im in the faction, burnin' stamina, but their low level so it wont be a prob

what should i do to change from "proposed" to "set up"?

Can my trusted officers do an update on current diplomacy status on all faction we have or had agreement with.

I think we should make this list up to date again.

Kani can edit the result in, since i'll be off from tomorrow night and i'm not back until late friday evening/night.

Update: Remove Flawless, and I think we can safely say that we do not owe Flawless a Def war anymore. Their leadership has crumbled, some of them will be merging with Atlantis, and it'll take Flawless sometime to even be a top 30 again.

we can kick juggernaut off the list too.
on ifs i insist, this is the only faction i respect in top 10. but i am quite sure when we reach them we can do sparrings by attacking each other to cover defense war slot and check defenses.
