simplified forums

i think our forums have waaaay more rooms than they should have

in my opinion we need:
1. general section
- sticky rules thread
- sticky allies and enemies
- sticky records
2. deck building section
all decks threads, in good days we have max 5 posts
3. officers club
4. members section
- sticky introduce yourself thread
- sticky away thread

i dont think the rest is used. who agrees?

I dont really mind either way. As long as the important sections are easily found, the organization doesn't matter to me.

I don't think it matters much, but I agree organization could be improved by condensing a lot of the categories.
