defense decks organization

I'd like to keep using my pathrazer deck as defense unless you want me to switch to another deck that doesn't require unique cards. I could go salvager soon, was to stoopid to claim my reward last time -_-.

i can do pathrazer spam, atlas strike, or polloroll with rams and sc's
let me know which 1:)

Defence decks:
Draco + SC's, Lucina the Wicked + Quick poison/strike, Dalia + GS, Vyander + Xeno slowroll

Well my pathrazer def was getting killed, my SC was getting killed so now I'm running a rainbow strike deck and its about 40/60 so far. Here it is.


Atlas, Tiamat, Predator, Cannon Walker, Omega, Hunter, Hierophant, Stealthy Niaq, Razogoth's Heir, Mech Walker

Can do Fear(phanzer), strike, SC(without apollo), Brawler, Deamon and hatchet.

I can do Daemon, Salvager-variant (have no Salvagers tho), Hatchet, Strike, Fear (tho currently only have 3 Paths), Trident.
SC not included since I don't have Draco or Apollo.

Key stuff I currently lack: Dracorex, Apollo, Salvagers, Rav Dredge, D-Ram, Salvagers, Solitary Mech, new Homeworld pack cards.

I used to love my Duncan-CC-micro deck's performance, but it has been getting reamed lately. I think Solitary Mech will breathe a bit of life into it, but time will tell if it can perform in the new meta. I've been tweaking it this week hoping for an improvement, so far, nothing notable.

its best in a fear deck to have atleast a few full powers because it gets rid of stuctures with siege 4 and its a rally all 1 card... Helps when all the fear cards are out.

( works great in pathrazer decks)

On manual mode (fight or surge) this is arguable, but not on defense. As others have stated in this thread, action cards are almost always a mistake on defense, and this case is not an exception. I have long held this belief for a simple logical reason, that timing is too important on action cards and if they get played too early it can lose you the battle.

The sim numbers back me up too, with full power always dropping winning chances when added to a fear deck (at least with everything I've tried). This is a scenario where we can trust sim numbers because it is dropping win percentages against all decks and because on defense you play in automatic mode.

i can build a fear or a strike deck.

i set up a strike deck an it works most time well.

Im listing the entire deck so you guys can help me make some improvements...so feel free to make suggestions.

- Trident (2)-only 3 tridents atm
- Hatchet ---LOT: 3x Hatchet, 3x Asylum, infected trooper, razogoth's heir, annalid mass, hovering pest

cut off these action cards from def decks. only emp in lucina deck is good.
mech walker, psycho, infected trooper should be replaced imo

We'll need more Brawler BT in the mean time, which should be easy to get. No II in that deck, because Brawler works good enough. However, expect this deck to change to a Disease deck.

Strike decks need to be configured properly as well, with some variations here and there. ATM, Atlas/LtW Strike decks are still good. Chaos should not be that much of a problem. Reduce the number of EMP in Def decks, a lot of you are still thinking in Fight mode. We aren't facing the opponents from 15 to 40. We are in a different world of faction wars. If you put EMP in your def deck, it should be <2, 1 is optimal.

Salvager Spam is over. They are going to be phased out soon. Get Salvagers if you want, but they're not doing any good anymore with the new pack. We need a rethink of strategy and a rethink of how our defs are going to work. I doubt many of you have access to the new pack, but that's how it's going to work guys.

The lowest we can go is a Trident spam.

Face the reality of the new-meta, or we'll just go back to fighting weaker factions.

hi all i can do most of the decks - i just don t have good fear only pathrazers and no high level faction reward cards as well none of the new homeworld cards.

Atm i am using a mixed BT-Deck for defense which has been doing better than my previous decks in the last few days. Actually I would like to stick to it it comes with brawlers, hatchets gorivore etc.

I'm running a SC deck now with the cards listed.

I can run almost any deck without homeland cards.

I think as much as ~10 sundering ogre spams would be best until meta shifts more (card is not hard to get and is arguably the strongest spammable card in the game right now).

I'm running Sundering Ogre spam on defense and probably for surging too now.

Emanuel: 7x Ogre, Patrol Cruiser, Signal Tower, and Blood Wall.

Blood Wall could be subbed for another Ogre. Just thought it might come in handy when surging vs fear if I needed to stall 1 more round.

I reckon Sulfuris Sentry surgers will eat Ogre decks alive, but hopefully not too many of those out there, and if we can keep enough def decks to counter those then we should be in business.

Right now working on ogre spam - shouldn't take long now. Right now using Azure spam / Pathrazer def decks (Whichever fails less)

i'm using vyander + elemental + 6 deamon + 2 azure reaper + rifter

Def Decks I can make:


Fear: both Grimm and Path


Strike: yup


Misc: Brawler, Daemon, Trident, Hatchet


Others not listed: Ogre, Evade, Swipe (both Raider and

Now one thing to be clear.... if we change to a new def given to us by the officers.... and it screws up our 3 day numbers... will we be accountable for the points lost or are the stats just for show?

i am trying to figure out how to do stats when we lose so much. i have some ideas, members give me some ideas, will figure it out somehow
