so we decided to post activity stats for all members to check how well and how often you are winning.
thx to synapticon and their hidden data that is easy to reveal, we dont have to guess by checking only loyalty increase.
our main stat is points net done for a period.

period is set to 5 days, so each time you will see stats for 5 days (unless i cant do stats on 5th day)

stats are sorted descending by net points count, positive values are divided from negative by red line. those below red line, please do your best and go above the line.

every stats 5 members on the bottom of the table will be marked red and get messages from us with warning.
if someone gets 2 warnings in a row or 2 warnings in 3 next periods, he is likely to be booted, by decision of officers/leader.

Props to ksfw for all the hard work done.

As you all would have seen under faction news, I've had to let Kamoranesis go, and I'd have liked to let him leave it instead of kicking him. I've also talked to him and told him why we've had to let him go, and he agreed that he couldn't put in as much time nor contribute enough in net points daily to the faction.

Please note that we do not randomly kick people. We put someone's ability to contribute and willingness to improve above all else, and right now, I think we'd like our faction to maintain ourselves in the top 10. We've all worked hard to win our wars and get into the top 10, so let's improve ourselves before we try to take on the top teams.

On that note, GlacierDowner, Lucenian and Sithrap would be required to talk to the officers on their future. Kindly join us in chatroom 20 and approach available officers.

This is just an idea, but maybe we should have the required net points dependent on the number of defensive battles. Otherwise seems like there might be a lot of variability in what it takes to make the cutoff depending on how much defensive pressure we get, especially now that we are in top 10. For example, if we get attacked twice as much in one 5 day period over another, then it would take approximately twice the net points from battling to make the cutoff.

One way to do it would be taking the average net loss from a defensive battle (average of all players) and multiplying that number by your number of D battles, and then adding that number to your net point total. This would be accompanied by having a higher cutoff for net points. This way good defense is still rewarded, good surging is still rewarded, but there is less variability week to week on the amount of good play it takes to make the cutoff. It also reduces the affect of one player getting unlucky and getting attacked a lot.

net points vary much on defense wars. thats why we use the red line as an information, and warning is sent to the bottom 5 guys.
we dont have the info about average loss from defensive battle.

tbh i dont see a solution now. in 22 wars, number of defense battles vary from 38 to 119 and thats a lot. and you dont know how many of them are won. so i must leave it for now, cause using predictions here may suck a lot.

Well the variation of net defensive points is already included in the current table, this would just be a method to account for the number of defensive battles. Put another way, the current formula for net defensive points is a player's (net defense points per battle) multiplied by (number of defensive battles), and I want to cut down the influence of the second variable because it is highly random and out of a player's control.

Where we set expected (average) points per D battle isn't super important as long as it's close, and it would be easy to estimate. The net points required per period would be (0) + (expected net points per D battle) times (expected number of D battles). Again it wouldn't be too important to be precise since everyone is getting the same adjustment. The relative ranks of two players with the same number of D battles would always be the same as the old system.

For just a low key warning maybe this is too much thinking over something that's not a big deal. But if we want to move to a faction-wide net points requirement system with automatic boots it seems worth making adjustments to avoid having to re-define rules period to period based on how much defensive heat we are getting and reducing randomness in how much ability/activity is taken to make the grade each period.

=O Sweet, I had the highest battles fought in that first image by far. Just posted my surge deck in the surge section, I'd really like to optimize my success rate so I'd appreciate it if I can get some tips, especially from those that got great win/loss ratio on surge such as w_alloy and geeper.
