Since I could not find a 'off the topic'-thread I just post in the General...

Does anyone come from Iowa? I am going to Des Moines after X-mas and need some travel advise.

I've been gone three years, and never really used hotels when I lived there. Sorry I can't really help you out, but check hotels.com, orbitz, etc.
