since we finally defend and will defend a lot, officers become very important to choose strategy. i think we should use faction chat for orders and set orders there every time we have 2 wars going. it is officers job to post targets.
my proposal is to set that we use caps for orders and they cant be longer than 1 line of text. maximum simplicity, like TARGET: EVOCATI
