Promoting and demoting

Hi.

This thread should be used to suggest members for officer status. I would like open discussions about members that should be considered for promotion.
I also want this thread to discuss demotion of existing officers.

I've demoted rob due to low lp and little contribution.

If anyone of you feel that this was a wrong decision, please let me know.

I think we should consider ikkyu and Falos, while also taking note of 0000083616. SneakyDonkey is fantastic as well, and I second his recommendation.

Ikkyu has the most lp out of all of our new recruits--he is consistent, participates in almost every war, and communicates well. 0000083616 maybe we can hold off on for a bit, but he's certainly good. Falos is a heavy hitter, intelligent, and very experienced.

Of course, SneakyDonkey is killer as well, as N1nja's contest shows Smile

I like Roblox, but I agree that he isn't officer material. He's too busy irl, and I think it could demoralize the others to see him as an officer with less lp than they have. Plus, he's young...so, while he has a lot of enthusiasm, he needs a few years before he can temper it a bit with wisdom lol.
